The Role:
- Please note this role is a project role with an expected duration of 2 years and open to all JGs from JG 4-2. It is also open for STIA for a maximum period of 18 months.
- Support the design and delivery of Mobility & Convenience‑wide transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and value outcomes.
- Apply structured change management approaches to support adoption, stakeholder engagement and sustainable outcomes.
- Track progress, risks and interdependencies across transformation initiatives and actively support issue resolution.
- Support AI‑enabled transformation initiatives from a change, engagement and adoption perspective.
- Contribute to AI change narratives, engagement plans and capability‑building activities.
- Help identify adoption barriers, behavioural impacts and enablers, feeding these into delivery teams and leadership.
- Coordinate Post‑Implementation Reviews (PIRs) for marketing and transformation initiatives, ensuring disciplined assessment of outcomes, value delivery and lessons learned.
- Synthesise qualitative and quantitative insights from PIRs into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Support Ultimate Potential and continuous improvement by embedding learnings into future initiatives and ways of working.
- Develop and deliver clear, consistent transformation communications aligned to strategic priorities and leadership intent.
- Translate complex initiatives (e.g. operating model changes, AI adoption) into accessible messages tailored to different audiences.
- Prepare concise leadership materials, updates and narratives to support engagement, alignment and decision‑making.
- Design, organise and run transformation and community calls, ensuring strong agendas, relevant content and effective follow‑up.
- Stay updated with industry and regulatory changes that could impact the Mobility strategy. Monitor external trends to identify threats and opportunities.
- Project manage certain projects critical for Mobility Strategy or Transformation on ad-hoc basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Seasoned Downstream professional with ideally experience in Commercial and/or Project management. Experience in Mobility & Convenience as a plus.
- Proven ability to effectively influence people without formal authority, at various levels of a diverse organization to deliver results.
- Complex Stakeholder alignment experience and the capacity to cut through complexity through offering solutions, results oriented thinking and effective influencing.
- Proven ability in providing clear and decisive leadership in an environment of competing priorities.
- Pronounced communication skills to effectively establish and gain confidence of senior leaders and partners.
- Prior experience in strategy development and hands-on management of external stakeholders and commercial strategies/issues seen as a strong plus.
- Ability to solve a wide range of problems and issues.
- Manage & support decision making with incomplete data or ambiguity at times.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to changing priorities.
- Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
