Translate insight into shopper-led selling stories and strategic action plans for brand and retailer partners.

Work closely with the commercial team to align category insights with joint business plans.

Present findings to client stakeholders – from category managers to senior commercial leaders – in clear, compelling formats.

Track category KPIs, ensuring execution is measured against agreed objectives and that insights feed into future planning cycles.

Develop a deep understanding of travel retail’s unique challenges – including assortment optimisation, planogram compliance, sales performance, and passenger / shopper behaviour across different regions.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who loves working with data and wants to see their analysis influence high-value commercial decisions.

Strong analytical skills, with experience in category management, insights, or retail analytics.

Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data visualisation) and confidence working with large datasets.

Experience in preparing client-ready presentations that tell a clear, commercially relevant story.

Knowledge of FMCG retail (travel retail experience a bonus).

Understanding of category management principles (space allocation, range optimisation, pricing, promotions, planogram compliance).

Commercial awareness and the ability to see data in the context of shopper needs and retailer priorities.

Confidence to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing detail accuracy with timely delivery.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to client audiences.

Be part of a growing, data-driven business shaping the future of category management in travel retail.

Work with leading global brands and see your insights applied in some of the world’s most prestigious retail locations.

Join a collaborative, ambitious team where your analysis directly influences client strategy.

Hybrid working and flexible arrangements available.
