About the team:
The Family Assessment Service (FAS) works with children and families at the assessment stage – you’ll focus on short-term, outcome-driven interventions that shape future planning. Expect a mix of Section 17 and Section 47 work, engaging directly with families and building strong working relationships with partner agencies. If you’re stepping into the Senior Social Worker role, you’ll also contribute to reflective practice and offer guidance to less experienced colleagues.
