Ealing are looking for an experienced Social Worker to join their Court Team. If you know your way around care proceedings, court statements, and the odd late night prepping bundles, this is one for you.

Caseloads are capped at 12 and the team is known for having strong management and a fair setup — no sugar-coating, the work’s still demanding, but you’ll have room to breathe and a team that gets it.

The role will include:

  • Managing care proceedings from issue through to final hearing
  • Writing high-quality court statements, assessments and care plans
  • Working closely with legal teams, guardians, and court professionals
  • Attending and contributing to hearings and legal planning meetings
  • Direct work with families, ensuring the child’s voice is heard throughout
