Qualified Social Worker – Connected Carers Location: Medway Pay: £38 per hour Contract: Full-time Locum Are you an experienced Social Worker passionate about supporting children and their extended families? Medway Council is seeking a dedicated professional to join the Connected Carers Team, managing kinship fostering cases and supporting special guardianship arrangements.
