Social Worker – Adults Learning Disabilities – BCP Council Rate: Up to £35 per hour Location: Bournemouth – BCP Civic Centre Contract: Locum Working Pattern: Hybrid (minimum 3 days office-based) We’re looking for an experienced Social Worker to join Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole Council’s Adults Learning Disabilities Service. You’ll focus on completing reviews, reassessments, carers’ assessments, and support planning for adults with learning disabilities. You’ll have support from a supervising manager, and all work will go through QA processes. Experience with the Mosaic system is desirable, but training can be provided. Key Responsibilities: Complete outstanding reviews and reassessments. Carry out carers’ assessments and create person-centred support plans. Maintain accurate case records (Mosaic training available). Work in partnership with carers, families, and multi-agency teams. Requirements: Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration. Experience in adult social care or learning disability services. Knowledge of Care Act assessments and reviews.
