The Role
As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, personalised learning programmes that support pupils with autism across a range of ages and abilities. You will:
- Lead a class of pupils with autism and additional needs
- Plan, deliver, assess, and adapt learning to meet individual needs
- Create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
- Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families
- Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP outcomes
