Brightstone Education Partners is recruiting for a SEN Class Teacher on behalf of an outstanding specialist school in the Reading / Wokingham area. The successful candidate will be joining an experienced and supportive team, working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, families, and senior leaders to deliver outstanding outcomes for pupils.
The Role
- Deliver engaging and highly personalised lessons tailored to individual learning needs
- Support pupils with a range of learning difficulties and additional needs
- Create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families
- Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP reviews and target setting
- Promote pupil independence, confidence, communication, and wellbeing
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet a variety of learning styles and abilities
- Effectively manage and support complex behaviours where required

- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
