Pay: Up to £40 per hour
Contract: Locum – Hybrid (minimum two days per week working from home)
We’re working with Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council to recruit two experienced Team Managers to lead within their busy MASSH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding and Support Hub) service. This is a vital role at the front door of children’s services, ensuring that safeguarding concerns are identified quickly, assessed appropriately, and responded to effectively in partnership with key agencies.
As a MASSH Team Leader, you’ll manage a multidisciplinary team handling initial contacts and referrals. You’ll work closely with partners including police, health, education, and early help teams to provide a fast, coordinated safeguarding response. This is a fast-paced and rewarding environment where strong leadership and sound decision-making are essential.
What You’ll Need:

- At least 3 years’ experience in a children's front door or MASH setting
