Leicestershire County Council is recruiting a skilled Children and Family Services (CFS) Social Worker to join their Child Protection Team based in Wigston. This is a high-impact role working with children and families under Child Protection and Pre-Proceedings plans. The post offers hybrid working, with an expectation to attend the office when required. You’ll hold a manageable caseload of up to 16 complex CP cases, working alongside a strong team with excellent management oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold and manage a caseload of up to 16 children under CP and pre-proceedings
