About the Role
Brightstone Education Partners is supporting a thriving primary school in the Newbury area to recruit an exceptional Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and ambitious school where children are at the heart of everything they do. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to raise pupil attainment and support students in accessing the curriculum, both individually and in groups. The role will also involve covering classes in the absence of teachers and delivering high-quality learning experiences that help pupils achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
