We are currently working with Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council to find 10 experienced Social Workers for their newly established Transformation Teams. These teams have been brought in to support the delivery of Families First reforms during a crucial period of transformation. Dudley MBC have recently received an OFSTED report highlighting the need for change. They have structured and well-thought-out plans to implement this, including a newly permanent Senior Leadership Team. They are now looking for the right talent.

Duties:
- Completing single assessments and CIN plans
- Long term engagement with families, including direct work, capturing the voice of the child
- Working with family hubs and multi-agency professionals to progress children and families to the services they need
- Participating in a duty rota
