We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused Viewing Representative to join our successful Coventry team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a respected estate agency known for delivering exceptional service and creating brilliant client experiences.
The role:
• Conducting property viewings and providing a warm, positive experience for all potential buyers and tenants.
• Sharing key property features confidently and answering general queries.
• Liaising with negotiators and the wider team to provide feedback and insight from viewings.
• Ensuring properties are presented to a high standard before each appointment.
• Building rapport with clients and representing the business with professionalism.
• Supporting the office with occasional administrative or customer service tasks.
• Create engaging social media content.
• Be active in the community, representing our business interests and being a pillar of the community.
What We’re Looking For
• A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people.
• Someone well-presented, personable, and customer-service driven.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently while on the road.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Previous estate agency or customer-facing experience is a bonus, but not essential.
