We're looking for an Assistant Brewer to join our Production team. You'll help our brewers make great beer, from mashing in to filling casks.

What you'll do
- Help with brewing, fermenting and packaging our beers
- Clean tanks and equipment safely using our CIP process
- Carry out and record hourly quality checks
- Move kegs, casks and malt safely around the brewery
- Keep the brewery clean, tidy and safe
What we're looking for
- Experience in brewing, food production or a factory setting (helpful but not essential)
- A strong eye for detail and quality
- Happy doing physical, hands-on work
- A team player who puts safety first
- Forklift licence is a bonus
