Warehouse Manager

Position Overview:

The Warehouse Manager at Elevation3D plays a crucial role in overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and a safe work environment. This leader will implement effective systems, manage a skilled team, and align daily operations with company standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence:

• Implement and utilize warehouse systems for product handling, storage, inventory management, equipment use, and shipping.
• Oversee daily operations to maintain inventory accuracy and logistics efficiency.
• Develop workflows, staffing plans, and equipment layouts to optimize productivity, quality, and customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Minimize avoidable errors and inefficiencies.

Team Leadership:

• Train, supervise, and motivate the warehouse team to resolve challenges and achieve performance goals.
• Manage staff scheduling and workflows to maximize efficiency while controlling overtime.
• Conduct regular team meetings to assess productivity, address issues, and implement improvements.
• Perform annual performance reviews and establish individual goals.

Inventory & Logistics Management:

• Ensure accurate and efficient inbound and outbound shipments while upholding quality standards.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment while maintaining barcoding standards.
• Oversee logistics and transportation, coordinating with drivers and air partners for timely deliveries.

Safety & Compliance:

• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing standards and adhering to legal regulations.
• Regularly inspect equipment and oversee maintenance to ensure operational readiness.

Additional Duties:

• Prepare shipment contents using iPads or other digital tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support company goals.

Requirements

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications a plus).
• Three or more years of warehouse management experience.
• Proficiency in warehouse procedures, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes.
• Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment (must meet certification requirements).
• Trade Show experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying temperatures.
• Comfortable operating pallet jacks, high-lifts, and other warehouse equipment.

Technology & Tools:

• Basic computer skills; experience with inventory management systems preferred.
