We are now seeking an experienced Senior Parts Advisor, who has exemplary customer service skills to join our Renault Parts team.

Location: Portadown

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm

The Role

  • Managing Renault parts day to day operations
  • Team leading and training to ensure all parts advisors operate to high standards of professionalism and customer service
  • Ensuring agreed targets are met with a drive to exceed
  • Optimising sales opportunities
  • Order taking via the telephone, email and face to face
  • Order picking
  • Carrying out daily / weekly stock checking
  • Systematically arranging the parts in the stock room
  • Organising pre-picking of parts for service workshop team
  • Delivering parts to our trade customers

The Person

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and have a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. It is essential for the successful candidate to have a valid clean driving licence as you may on occasions be required to deliver parts to our customers. Applicants should have a minimum of 4 years previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the motor industry. We may however consider applicants with previous transferable stock control or warehousing experience. A valid fork lift licence is desirable but not essential.
