Parts Advisor at Shelbourne Motors Portadown and Newry! Shelbourne Motors is one of Northern Ireland’s most progressive and award-winning automotive groups. Operating across two state‑of‑the‑art locations, we proudly represent Toyota, Nissan, Kia, Renault, Dacia, and Maxus, along with our AutoSelect used car supermarkets and our expanding Fleet (Fleet4U) and Rental (SVRgo) divisions.
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to both internal and external customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Selling parts to customers and achieving sales targets
- Maximising sales opportunities
- Processing orders via phone, email, and in person
- Picking and arranging parts systematically in the stockroom
- Pre‑picking parts for the service workshop team
- Delivering parts to trade customers
Who We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a motivated, customer‑focused individual with a passion for the motor industry. The ideal candidate will:
- Be an excellent communicator with a strong commitment to customer service
- Thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Have a valid, clean driving licence (for occasional parts deliveries)
