We are now seeking a driven and customer-centred Aftersales Manager to lead our Toyota franchise in Portadown.
The job: As Aftersales Manager, you will be looking after a well-established Toyota dealership where your remit will be to manage all aspects of the department:
- Overseeing the day‑to‑day running of the workshop, including the parts department;
- Managing the team of technicians to achieve maximum productivity;
- Ensuring that the advisors from both parts and service are always customer‑focused and achieve up‑sales targets to budgets and KPI monitoring;
- Ensuring warranty claims are submitted, processed and tracked in line with the dealer warranty policy, thereby meeting or exceeding customers’ expectations in terms of warranty contributions;
- Working closely with the senior management to ensure that key objectives and strategies are met.
We are looking for someone who is constantly looking to improve the department and to exceed targets.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager for at least 3 years
- Able to demonstrate good leadership and coaching ability
- Ability to adapt to change
- Solid and stable career history
- A full driving licence is essential
- CDK knowledge is preferable but not essential
- Awareness of the Toyota brand is preferable but not essential
- Knowledge of Dealership Warranty claims procedures / coding is desirable
