Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Nissan sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for sales management, and the ability to motivate and develop team members. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, implementing effective strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Manage and supervise the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
