The purpose of the Sales Administrator is to provide administrative support to the sales team across the Portadown site. The Sales Administrator will ensure each customer order meets the specified requirements and that the administrative tasks associated with ordering, processing and delivering a vehicle are completed accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellent administration, with preference given to those with previous experience in a sales admin support role in the automotive industry and invoicing experience. This role suits someone with a genuine desire to offer excellent customer service. The ability to process information accurately and efficiently is essential. Candidates should demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively with others and have excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications. Preference will be given to applicants with knowledge of Keyloop computer system, deal file and previous experience in the car industry.
