We are now seeking a dedicated, hard working Accounts Assistant to join our team in Portadown.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily maintenance of Sales ledger and banking transactions
  • Reconciling nominal ledgers with accurate detail weekly.
  • Finalise nominal ledgers by 10th month to allow for Group Balance Sheet Review.
  • Carry out monthly payments through system
  • Ensure all cheques written through miscellaneous accounts have receipts matched in a timely fashion
  • Ensure cash books are reconciled and accurate
  • Maintaining Accounts mailbox, responding to all emails in a timely manner
  • Assist Account team leader in any other tasks as required to fulfil the role.
