We are now seeking an organised Parts Advisor, who has exemplary customer service skills to join our team.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm
Salary: This is a trainee role but salary will reflect candidates' previous work experience.
The Role:
- As a Trainee Parts Advisor, you will be trained to provide excellent service to our internal and external customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner.
- Selling parts to internal & external customers to achieve the agreed targets.
- Optimising sales opportunities.
- Order taking via telephone, email and face to face.
- Order picking.
- Carrying out daily/weekly stock checking.
- Systematically arranging the parts in the stock room.
- Assisting with the pre-picking of parts for the service workshop team.
- Delivering parts to our trade customers.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organised and willing to learn. It is essential for the successful candidate to have a valid clean driving licence as you may on occasions be required to deliver parts to our customers.
