We are now seeking an experienced Senior Parts Advisor, who has exemplary customer service skills to join our Renault Parts team. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm.

The Role

  • Take the lead in providing excellent service to our internal and external customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner.
  • Manage Renault parts day-to-day operations.
  • Team leading and training to ensure all parts advisors operate to high standards of professionalism and customer service.
  • Ensure agreed targets are met with a drive to exceed.
  • Optimise sales opportunities.
  • Order taking via telephone, email and face to face.
  • Order picking.
  • Carry out daily/weekly stock checking.
  • Systematically arrange the parts in the stock room.
  • Organise pre-picking of parts for service workshop team.
  • Deliver parts to our trade customers.

The Person

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and have a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. It is essential for the successful candidate to have a valid clean driving licence as you may on occasions be required to deliver parts to our customers.
