We are now seeking a dedicated, hard-working Accounts Assistant to join our team in Portadown.
Key Responsibilities:- Daily maintenance of Sales ledger and banking transactions
- Reconciling nominal ledgers with accurate detail weekly
- Finalise nominal ledgers by 10th month to allow for Group Balance Sheet Review
- Carry out monthly payments through system
- Ensure all cheques written through miscellaneous accounts have receipts matched in a timely fashion
- Ensure cash books are reconciled and accurate
- Maintaining Accounts mailbox, responding to all emails in a timely manner
- Assist Account team leader in any other tasks as required to fulfil the role
