Responsibilities
- Own casting for creative shoots across Shein brands, from social media content to major campaign productions.
- Source and recruit a continuously expanding pool of new and relevant models.
- Collaborate with model agencies to discover and onboard fresh talent to enhance the Shein model roster.
- Identify, build, and nurture relationships with social media influencers and VIP collaborators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with models and agency, ensuring their professional development.
- Manage rate cards and budgets for models; oversee contract negotiations, fees, and schedules to ensure they are competitive and equitable.
- Coordinate and oversee model casting sessions in collaboration with the in-house team.
- Collaborate with clients and in-house teams to understand their needs.
- Recommend suitable models based on client requirements.
- Communicate client needs to influencers, creating clear UGC content guidelines and managing the delivery of these assets.
- Manage the casting calendar and coordinate schedules to avoid conflicts.
- Handle all logistics, including travel, accommodation, and necessary paperwork for models when applicable.
- Responsibility for the wellbeing of models, ensuring high standards of care and welfare are upheld in all settings.
