From managing day-to-day administrative tasks, submitting payments and onboarding new suppliers. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting creative environment. /p p br /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p ol li Manage the studio’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and events. /li li Process payments for suppliers and freelancers. /li li Support Photography team with image uploading. /li li Assist in the management of studio equipment and supplies, including inventory tracking and ordering. /li li Handle incoming communications. /li li Assist with supplier onboarding and maintaining supplier records. /li li Prepare and maintain contracts, invoices, and other documentation. /li li Support the creative team with administrative tasks. /li /ol p br /p p strong Qualifications /strong /p ul li Operations Management, or related field with 1 year of experience in process coordination or studio operations. /li li Proficiency in learning new software, project tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent productivity applications. /li li Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. /li li Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in process optimization and workflow improvement. /li li Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and departments. /li li Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. /li /ul
