  • Report Compliance Trends
  • Manage First-Party Product Investigations and Recalls
  • Manage Third-Party Product Recalls
  • Audit Product Compliance on the SHEIN Marketplace

Qualifications

  • A degree in a relevant area (law, science, or engineering), combined with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in consumer product compliance.

Required Skills

  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Thorough understanding of the roles played by manufacturers, private label retailers, third-party platforms, government authorities, industry associations, and voluntary standards committees in product safety and product recalls.

  • Experience leading or coordinating multi-jurisdictional compliance projects and managing external advisors.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills β€” able to translate technical regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance for non-specialist business partners.
  • High degree of independence, initiative, and sound judgement; commercial and pragmatic in approach while maintaining strong professional accountability.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial, 'roll up your sleeves' attitude.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing product recalls across multiple countries.
