Position Summary:
Your role will need to change and adapt to the needs of the business. Key priorities of the position include:
- Shoot and Direct Models for our Ecom Imagery in studio or location.
- Shoot social content when required for imagery and video content.
- Report to the studio manager on concepts and deliverables.
- Be aware of other competitors in order to produce photoshoots that push the boundaries of online creative photography, creating a unique and industry-leading visual experience for our customers whilst working to tight deadlines.
- Source props and lighting ensuring execution of all Creative shoots are to the standard required.
- Test sets and location recce if required. Deliver images through our company system when required.
- Responsible for fulfilling creative direction and briefs requested.
- Ensure all shoots reflect Shein’s Brand identity and all guidelines and deadlines are respected.
- Attend Weekly and Monthly Meetings, agreeing to weekly schedules and tight deadlines.
- Highly organised, impecable and detail driven to cope with an extremely fast-paced working environment where you will often be required to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Photograph Models during casting, company events, cut out or accessories selling imagery if required.
- Highly experienced in Studio E-commerce shoot processes with Capture Pro and Photoshoot.
- Shooting to daily targets, naming, cropping and processing imagery to deadlines.
- Support with the studio and equipment management. Assist with the preparation of sets when required (in Uk and abroad).
