Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Creative Leadership
    • Develop social media content strategies and annual content plans for the European market based on a deep understanding of brand positioning and business objectives.
    • Create engaging, interactive, and shareable content themes and creative initiatives tailored to different social media platforms and audience behaviours.
  • Social Media Content Planning
    • Develop creative asset strategies and content concepts aligned with key seasonal moments, brand priorities, and campaign objectives throughout the year.
    • Create content briefs and scripts for social media channels.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to produce content that can be adapted across multiple touchpoints, including social media, campaigns, events, and other marketing activities.
  • Video Content Creation & Production Management
    • Work closely with brand, creative, photography, production, and post‑production teams to bring creative concepts to life.
    • Analyze content performance and continuously optimize creative assets based on data insights to improve viewership, engagement, and overall content effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Visual Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand content creation, social media marketing, content strategy, or integrated marketing. Experience with international brands and/or the European market is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of major global social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, including platform ecosystems, content trends, and audience engagement dynamics.
  • Excellent content planning, creative thinking, and brand storytelling skills, with the ability to independently develop high-quality creative concepts and proposals.
  • Strong visual sensibility and a deep understanding of video production, photography, editing, and content packaging.
  • Proven project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders and drive projects to successful execution.
  • Strong English communication skills are required; proficiency in Chinese, French, or other European languages is a plus.
