As the Senior Social Media & PR Executive, you will lead the growth and visibility of our new brand. This role is both strategic and hands‑on, responsible for defining the brand voice, managing social media and PR strategy, driving influencer partnerships, and delivering creative, culturally relevant campaigns from launch and beyond. You will work within the marketing, creative, and commercial teams to position the brand in the market, build awareness, and generate engagement across key platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the social media strategy for Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
  • Define content pillars, visual identity, and tone of voice.
  • Plan, oversee, and maintain content calendars aligned to campaigns, launches, and cultural moments.
  • Ensure content output is high‑quality, consistent, and trend‑driven.
  • Monitor and react to platform trends to maximise engagement and reach.
  • Lead ideation and production of social‑first content, including photography, video, and reels.
  • Brief and manage internal teams and external creatives to deliver high‑quality content.
  • Attend content shoots and events to ensure brand standards are met.
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Oversee influencer campaigns, gifting, and collaborations to ensure brand alignment.
  • Develop and execute the brand’s PR strategy to secure impactful coverage.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, stylists, and key industry contacts.
  • Manage product seeding, press send‑outs, and PR campaigns.
  • Track and analyse social media and PR KPIs (engagement, reach, EMV, coverage).
  • Compile weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ experience in social media and/or PR, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing social and PR campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
  • Experience managing influencer and talent partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Hands‑on experience in content creation and overseeing shoots.
