About Musera: You will be joining an innovative, Manchester-based group of SHEIN brands. Our first brand, Musera, was founded in 2023 and launched in January 2024. It quickly became one of the best-performing brands on the SHEIN platform, driven by a strong focus on innovation, trend-led design, and a fast-paced approach to growth. Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing and keeping track of a high volume of samples through fit sessions, development, shoots and sign off meetings.
  • Working closely with the product team daily, delivering efficient administrative support to ensure that everything runs smoothly, and that relevant documents and files are always updated.
  • Supporting your team with product development that is customer focused and aligns with the wider business strategy, with relevant attention to commercialism and innovation.
  • Produce detailed competitor analysis reports for seasonal and everyday products and share them with the product team.
  • General administration, data entry and product optimisation.
  • Assisting the product team with any ad hoc administrative based responsibilities.
  • Coordinate communication between buyers, overseas teams and internal departments.

Job Requirements:

  • Keen interest in fashion buying and design.
  • Basic knowledge of product life cycle.
  • Proficiency in excel and similar software.
  • Self-motivated, passionate and driven.
  • Highly organised, proactive thinker, comfortable using own initiative when appropriate.
