Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team at Musera.
You will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across digital, print, social media, website, and campaign assets, ensuring all creative output is aligned with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
Working closely with the Social Media, Marketing, PR and wider SHEIN teams, you will play a key role in bringing campaigns to life through innovative and high-quality design.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Creative Design - Create visually engaging graphics that reflect and strengthen the Musera brand identity.
- Develop and maintain brand assets, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Design creative concepts that support seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives.
- Continuously evolve the visual identity of the brand through fresh, innovative design.
- Website & Digital
- Design homepage creative for Musera. com and SHEIN. com, including banners, hero imagery and promotional assets.
- Create digital assets for the SHEIN app and website, ensuring all artwork meets platform specifications.
- Work with the wider SHEIN creative team to amend, localise and optimise website assets.
- Social Media
- Design engaging content for social media stories and feed posts across all brand channels.
- Create graphics, typography and motion design elements for campaign videos and social-first content.
- Support content creation with visually impactful assets that drive engagement.
- Marketing & Campaign
- Design out-of-home (OOH) advertising including billboards, posters, digital screens and other large-format marketing materials.
- Produce creative assets for events including invitations, signage, presentations and printed collateral.
- Design campaign branding and supporting marketing materials across digital and print channels.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing, Social Media, PR and Content teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Liaise with the wider SHEIN business to ensure creative assets meet brand standards and business requirements.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional creative quality.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer within fashion, retail or e-commerce.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design).
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital and print design work.
Desirable
- Experience creating assets for websites, apps and e-commerce platforms.
