Key Responsibilities
- Regional Brand Strategy Development & Execution: Develop annual brand plans, budgets, and key objectives based on the company’s global brand strategy and European market dynamics. Lead the development and execution of integrated brand and campaign strategies, ensuring consistency of brand identity, messaging, and consumer experience across all channels and touchpoints. Partner closely with headquarters and regional teams to ensure strong alignment and efficient collaboration across markets.
- Integrated Brand Campaigns & Marketing Management: Lead the planning and execution of high‑impact regional brand campaigns, integrating multiple channels including social media, KOL marketing, OOH advertising, digital content, experiential activations, and offline events. Own the end‑to‑end campaign process from strategic briefing and creative development through to production, launch, and post‑campaign evaluation, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable business impact.
- Industry Insight & Brand Strategy Optimization: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, consumer behavior, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize brand strategy. Translate data, consumer insights, and performance metrics into actionable recommendations for brand positioning, content direction, communication strategy, and campaign effectiveness, ensuring the brand remains culturally relevant and aligned with target market needs.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including Creative, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, E‑commerce, Innovation, Finance, and external agency partners to ensure successful delivery of brand initiatives. Drive alignment between marketing activities and business objectives across the European operating ecosystem, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring brand standards are consistently upheld.
- Brand Governance & Continuous Improvement: Champion best practices in brand marketing by identifying emerging industry trends, sharing market insights, and embedding campaign learnings to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and execution quality. Strengthen internal brand awareness and collaboration by promoting clear brand standards and strategic alignment across teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or campaign management, preferably within e‑commerce, fast fashion, retail, internet, F&B, or QSR industries.
- Proven track record of leading large‑scale integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and offline channels.
- Strong knowledge of integrated marketing, social media, content, event marketing, and consumer engagement strategies, with strong trend awareness and creative thinking.
- Solid understanding of European markets and consumer behavior, with the ability to balance global brand consistency and local market relevance.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience using consumer insights and performance data to drive brand growth.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional Chinese or European language skills (French, Italian, Spanish, German, etc.) are a plus.
