Position Summary
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Influencer marketing specialist with brand event marketing experience. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, understands luxury or contemporary fashion positioning, and has a strong network within the events and creative industries. This role will together with the team oversee brand activations, pop-ups, influencer activations, press previews, and brand collaborations.
Job Responsibilities
- Event Strategy & Concept Development
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with brand identity and seasonal campaigns
- Collaborate with creative, PR, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling
- Translate brand vision into experiential activations
- Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end event management: budgeting, timelines, logistics, vendor sourcing, contracts
- Manage venue selection, production, staging, lighting, styling, and guest experience
- Oversee event production teams, agencies, and freelancers
- Ensure flawless on-site execution and troubleshooting
- Agency & Vendor Management
- Leverage agency background to negotiate contracts and manage production partners
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, stylists, set designers, caterers, and technical teams
- Ensure quality control and cost efficiency
- Budget & Reporting
- Develop and manage event budgets
- Post-event analysis, reporting, and performance insights
- Guest & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with key teams for VIP guest lists, media, influencers, and brand ambassadors
- Work closely with PR teams for press coverage and guest engagement
- Deliver elevated guest experiences that reflect brand positioning
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing and brand event management. Proven experience executing fashion shows, launches, or experiential campaigns
- Strong vendor and venue network
- Excellent project management and budgeting skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during peak event periods
