Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an assortment plan for selected sub-categories within the Beauty Department to meet or exceed financial targets.
- Craft assortment strategies that balance product range, depth, product newness, and pricing/margin objectives.
- Monitor and maintain the ideal stock cover with respect to the business targets and commercial plan.
- Continuously assess suppliers' offers to get the best deals while optimizing commercial terms with existing partnerships.
- Engage in planning to meet sales, profitability, and inventory turnover goals.
- Continuously analyze market trends across social media platforms and competitor landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Assess sales to determine product performance, informing adjustments in strategy and future assortments.
- Forge and nurture strong vendor relationships, seeking new partnerships that bolster SHEIN's product offerings.
- Monitor weekly sales to identify opportunities for growth as well as to recommend markdown strategies for underperforming products.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience within the Beauty sector, preferably with an e-commerce retailer.
- Proven track record of successful vendor negotiations, emphasizing trending products and brands, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Strong communicator with excellent negotiating skills. Experience with new business acquisition and leading relationships with strategic accounts.
- Excellent analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong strategic mindset, project management, organizational skills, and keen attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
