Job Responsibilities:
- New Supplier Onboarding support (Operation Training and Product Uploading)
- Accurately raising purchase orders in line with deadlines and managing these throughout the product lifecycle
- Maintaining the Critical Path and communicating with suppliers to ensure that we meet each key date in the go live process
- Working closely with Merchandising, Logistics, Accounts and your Brands/Suppliers daily
- Actively monitoring and improving the on-site branded experience, responsible for products being displayed in attractive manner and with correct information
- Supporting brands with building and managing their dedicated brand shops - Invoice reconciliation and approval
- Delivering efficient administrative support to the team, to ensure that everything runs smoothly, and that relevant reports and files are up to date
- Supporting the Buying team with buys that are customer focused and aligns with the wider business strategy
- Conducting regular comp shops to understand competitor activity and pricing
Job Requirements:
- Is super organised, able to use their initiative with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Has great attention to detail, to ensure all the important details such as selling price, shipment dates and product attributes are precise
- Can build great professional relationships
- Has analytical skills, knowledge in MS Office (particularly Excel), is proactive and flexible and able to adapt to changing demands
- Has excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
