Role Overview:
The Workplace Engagement Specialist for EMEA will be responsible for creating and implementing localised team engagement strategies across multiple countries within the EMEA region. This role aims to foster an engaged workforce that contributes to SHEIN's broader global growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, experience in event & budget management, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- EMEA Workplace Engagement Strategies:
- Working closely with HRBP teams to develop and facilitate implementation of team cultural engagement strategies tailored to each country within the EMEA region.
- Ensure alignment with SHEIN’s global engagement goals while addressing local cultural nuances.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of engagement strategies and make adjustments as needed.
- Engagement Partnership Management:
- Negotiate, onboard, and manage existing and new engagement partnerships such as staff benefits, social activities partners etc for EMEA teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to enhance team engagement initiatives and experiences.
- Enhanced Benefits program Management.
- Engagement & Culture:
- Plan and execute team engagement events and communication initiatives across the EMEA region.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with SHEIN’s values and objectives.
- Manage and allocate relevant budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximised impact.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on engagement activities, budget utilisation, and the impact of initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data and feedback to improve future engagement efforts.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in a relevant role, with a focus on employee engagement, workplace culture, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and manage partnerships effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to manage and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets and ensuring financial accountability.
- Ownership & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and work collaboratively across teams.
- Multicultural Competence: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, understanding and respecting cultural differences.
