Founded in 2012, SHEIN has over 11,000 employees operating from offices around the world, with Global Headquarters located in Singapore and EMEA Headquarters in Dublin.
We are seeking a proactive, commercially minded lawyer to join our Europe Legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial lawyer (4+ years PQE) to join a fast-paced, in-house legal team supporting a rapidly scaling global e-commerce business.
The role is business facing and transaction focused, with primary responsibility for:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume of commercial contracts including logistics agreements, customs brokerage arrangements, warehousing contracts, procurement agreements, leases, and related operational services.
- Advising on and resolving legal issues arising from these contracts.
- Leading and/or coordinating ad hoc legal projects related to logistics, warehousing, procurement operations, and/or trade compliance.
- Developing, reviewing, and enhancing internal policies and procedures to support business operations and ensure legal compliance.
- Supporting business teams with day-to-day commercial legal queries and providing pragmatic, business focused advice.
- Working closely with other members of the Europe legal team and global legal function on regional and cross-border projects as needed.
The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with 4+ years PQE from a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal team, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive initiatives to completion. They should be able to work independently under pressure, prioritise effectively, and deliver results, both as an individual contributor and as a member of the European and global legal teams. A commercially minded and pragmatic approach to legal advice, balanced with sound professional judgment, is essential. Fluency in Mandarin and English (both required as working languages) is also necessary.
