Job Responsibility

We are looking for a Product Administrator to manage a wide range of duties across womens clothing for the Musera brand.

  • Managing and keeping track of a high volume of samples through fit sessions, development, shoots and sign off meetings.
  • Working closely with the product team daily, delivering efficient administrative support to ensure that everything runs smoothly, and that relevant documents and files up to date.
  • Supporting your team with product development that is customer focused and aligns with the wider business strategy, with relevant attention to commercialism and innovation.
  • Producing detailed competitor shop reports for seasonal and everyday products for distribution within the product team.
  • General administration and data entry tasks.
  • Assisting the product team with any ad hoc administrative based responsibilities.
  • Facilitating communication between buyers, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Scheduling meetings, taking notes, and follow up tasks.
  • Job Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of product life cycle.
  • Intermediate-advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Adaptable working approach.
  • Ability to work well in a team while also self-motivated, passionate and driven when it comes to working solo.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable using own initiative when appropriate
  • Ability to manage a varied workload with a positive approach.
  • Good knowledge of current seasons’ bestsellers and competitor key trends along with an awareness of trends on social media and a strong eye for product.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas to a group confidently and clearly.
  • Strong understanding of 20-something culture and the Musera customer.
  • Degree in relevant field - fashion buying, merchandising, fashion management or other relevant courses.
  • Ability to work onsite.
