Position Summary

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Event Manager with prior agency experience to lead the planning and execution of high-impact brand events. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, understands luxury or contemporary fashion positioning, and has a strong network within the events and creative industries. This role will oversee brand activations, pop-ups, influencer activations, press previews, and brand collaborations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Event Strategy & Concept Development
    • Develop innovative event concepts aligned with brand identity and seasonal campaigns
    • Collaborate with creative, PR, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling
    • Translate brand vision into experiential activations
  • Planning & Execution
    • Lead end-to-end event management: budgeting, timelines, logistics, vendor sourcing, contracts
    • Manage venue selection, production, staging, lighting, styling, and guest experience
    • Oversee event production teams, agencies, and freelancers
    • Ensure flawless on-site execution and troubleshooting
  • Agency & Vendor Management
    • Leverage agency background to negotiate contracts and manage production partners
    • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, stylists, set designers, caterers, and technical teams
    • Ensure quality control and cost efficiency
  • Budget & Reporting
    • Develop and manage event budgets
    • Post-event analysis, reporting, and performance insights
  • Guest & Stakeholder Management
    • Coordinate with key teams for VIP guest lists, media, influencers, and brand ambassadors
    • Work closely with PR teams for press coverage and guest engagement
    • Deliver elevated guest experiences that reflect brand positioning

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in event management.
  • Proven experience executing fashion shows, launches, or experiential campaigns
  • Strong vendor and venue network
  • Excellent project management and budgeting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during peak event periods

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in event management - brand or agency
  • Knowledge of production design and creative direction
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling
