Job Summary
The Studio Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the studio.
From managing day-to-day administrative tasks, submitting payments and onboarding new suppliers.
This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the studio’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and events.
- Process payments for suppliers and freelancers.
- Support Photography team with image uploading.
- Assist in the management of studio equipment and supplies, including inventory tracking and ordering.
- Handle incoming communications.
- Assist with supplier onboarding and maintaining supplier records.
- Prepare and maintain contracts, invoices, and other documentation.
- Support the creative team with administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Operations Management, or related field with 1 year of experience in process coordination or studio operations.
- Proficiency in learning new software, project tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent productivity applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in process optimization and workflow improvement.
