The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 £ per hour.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Jewellery Sales Associate to join our Edinburgh team, based at our stunning two-floor jewellery shop on Hanover Street, just off Princes Street.

The successful applicant will provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with jewellery purchases and special orders, answering enquiries, and providing after-sales care. This is a permanent, part-time position, negotiable 3-4 days per week. The ideal candidate will be time-flexible, and the position will include working weekends on a rota basis and providing holiday cover.

We provide training, a generous wage and commission structure, company pension and holiday entitlement (based on length of service), and a fantastic staff discount.

  • Meet & greet customers
  • Accurately handle orders, refunds and VAT-related sales
  • Complete customer orders and jewellery repair forms
  • Clean and maintain the shop, jewellery, and other shop goods
  • Assist with shop stock orders
  • Assist with end-of-day sales reports and reconciliations
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required

Experience in jewellery sales, design or manufacture would be advantageous. A jewellery-related qualification from an approved body.
