Live-In Maintenance/Driver/Security for private residence, Surrey

A private household in Surrey is seeking a highly responsible and experienced Houseman/Chauffeur/Security to provide allround support, including driving, household maintenance and security. The ideal candidate must be reliable, discreet, and comfortable working in a household with children and pets.

This is a live-in role with your own separate cottage within the grounds – 2 bedrooms with own garden, all bills included except food.

\\n\\n

Houseman & Handyman Duties:

\\n\\n

\\n\\t
• Performing household repairs and general maintenance

\\n\\t

• Keeping the house and grounds tidy and in good order

\\n\\t

• Assisting with grroundsman duties as required

\\n\\t

• Some petcare

\\n

\\n\\n

Chauffeur Duties:

\\n\\n

\\n\\t
• Driving the family, including airport pickups.

\\n\\t

• Transporting Principals safely to meetings, events, and social outings

\\n\\t

• Ensuring the family vehicle is clean, serviced and well-maintained

\\n

\\n\\n

Security Duties:

\\n\\n

\\n\\t
• Providing general security for the house and its occupants

\\n\\t

• Monitoring and ensuring the safety of the premises

\\n\\t

• Being alert to any security risks and responding accordingly

\\n

\\n\\n

Requirements:

\\n\\n

\\n\\t
• Previous experience in a similar live-in role (Houseman/Chauffeur/Security) in an UHNW household.

\\n\\t

• Valid UK driving licence with a clean record

\\n\\t

• Background in security or personal protection is a plus

\\n\\t

• Good handyman and maintenance skills

\\n\\t

• Some knowledge and experience of building management systems

\\n\\t

• Pet-friendly and comfortable around children

\\n\\t

• Trustworthy, discreet, and professional

\\n\\t

• Right to work in the UK
