Key Responsibilities

  • Full wardrobe management including organising, cataloguing, and maintaining clothing and accessories
  • Dressing and styling assistance for daily wear, events, and formal occasions
  • Packing and unpacking for travel, preparing complete outfit plans in advance
  • Managing travel wardrobes and ensuring garments arrive in pristine condition
  • Garment care including steaming, pressing, and coordinating specialist cleaning
  • Liaising with designers, stylists, and boutiques when required
  • Managing jewellery, accessories, and seasonal wardrobe rotation
  • Accompanying the principal on trips within the UK and internationally
  • Assisting with the care and wellbeing of the principal's dogs, including feeding, walking, and companionship
  • Supporting pet-related logistics during travel when required
  • Running personal errands and sourcing items both locally and while travelling
  • Maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Lady's Maid or similar role within a private household
  • Fluent English with excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
