We are seeking a professional and proactive PA/Events Secretary to join us on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. This is a unique opportunity to support the Clerk (CEO) in a pivotal, highly visible role at the heart of the Company’s operations.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with:

As PA/Events Secretary, you will provide full administrative and social secretarial support to the Clerk and act as a key point of contact for members, guests, and external partners. You’ll be deeply involved in the planning and delivery of Company events and will help uphold the high standards and traditions the Company is known for.
