We are looking for a long term, reliable and loyal hands-on Housekeeper/Cook who also keeps an overview of a 3 bedroom beautifully renovated private residence.

  • Cleaning the house to an exceptionally high standard: mopping, dusting, sweeping, hoovering, polishing silver, caring for fine fabrics and furniture.
  • Washing, ironing, wardrobe management.
  • Ensuring household supplies of food, cleaning products, etc. are in stock.
  • Liaising with Principals regarding repairs and deliveries.
  • Coordinating with contractors.
  • Carrying out local errands and shopping.
  • Planning and preparing nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary needs and preferences.
  • Ensuring the property is alarmed and secured when no one is present.

You must have verifiable references and a current DBS; you do not necessarily need to be a driver.

8 hours a day, Monday to Friday - 0930-1730 or 1000-1800 - with some flexibility. Start end Feb 2026.
