Exciting role to support the Head of Events and Catering to drive a profitable events business at a stunning great twelve Livery Hall, through a range of marketing activities to achieve financial targets. The right candidate will promote the venue, develop new business by planning and producing the content for direct sales marketing activities including, but not limited to, digital and print marketing, assist in effective diary management to drive the right business to peak and off peak periods and to act as point of contact for sales enquiries and event planning.
Skills and Attributes:
- Sales and Marketing experience including knowledge of venue finding websites, creating mail shots, and pay per click marketing campaigns such as Google AdWords
- Computer literacy including experience in using a CRM system
- Experienced in both marketing and events (essential)
- Event Planning experience and an understanding of catering and operations
- Commercial awareness
- Accuracy, attention to detail and good organisation skills
- Personable, courteous and able to work in a team
- Able to work calmly and methodically under pressure
- Customer focused, supportive, flexible and willing to help
You’ll be based in a stunning historic building in EC2 and be part of a very supportive and proactive team. 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, fantastic package.
