Our Client is looking for an exceptional candidate to provide key administrative, business and personal support to their Group CEO. The company is a fast-paced and reactive environment, and they need a reliable, resilient and ‘lead by example’ individual with a can-do, get stuck-in and proactive personality and high level of emotional intelligence.
Key Tasks
- Group CEO Diary, inbox, and extensive travel management
- Board & Senior Management Meetings
- Head of Admin management & resourcing
- Personal and Family Support for the Group CEO
Other
- Manage and file all company expenses and credit card receipts in multiple currencies for the CEO
- Ad-hoc project work such as price comparisons, company research, compiling background articles, writing short bio summaries etc
- Develop, review and edit necessary correspondence and documentation
- Produce accurate & well formatted documents and reports consistent with their brand guidelines in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, PDF formats and emails
- Be available out of UK working hours when the CEO is in a different time zone for last minute diary and travel management including Sundays when the CEO is in the Middle East or Southeast Asia
- To act as an ambassador for the company at all times and ensure that all key stakeholder relationships are maintained.
Start end of September for a handover – after a 3 month probationary period there will be the opportunity to move to a hybrid model – obviously with a degree of flexibility.
