Professional Commercial Cleaner to join domestic staff team at luxury jewellery brand, London, W1

Are you an experienced commerical or domestic cleaner keen to be part of a team keeping the HQ of this world renowned jewellery brand immaculate?

The ideal candidate will be well presented, reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. This is a full time role, monday to friday, 8am - 4pm with with some overtime available.

£28,000 plus overtime and benefits

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of the offices and at times the flagship retail store, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitising surfaces & general domestic tasks.
• Work well in a team environment and be confident communicating in English.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all assigned areas.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used efficiently and stored properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
• Be flexible in covering holidays &/or additional duties when required; Paid as addition.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally.
• Occasionally prepare refreshments or assist with basic cooking/food preparation tasks as required by staff &/or clients.
• Uphold health and safety standards at all times during cleaning activities.
• Applicants should be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
• Experience in domestic &/or commercial cleaning roles is preferred.
• Skills in food preparation & food hygiene are a plus but not mandatory.
• Customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff & clients.
• Organised with attention to detail and a proactive approach to work responsibilities
