Key Responsibilities:
- In partnership with the store manager, lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales targets, foster a positive work environment and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Drive store performance through strong store presentation, inventory management, and stock control.
- Assist the store manager in managing your roster & wages at a high level, through performance-based rostering.
- Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop & influence others.
- Drive commercial outcomes.
- Excellent operations and stock management.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in fashion.
- Exceptional customer service & styling skills.
- Driven budgets and achieved exceptional sales results.
- Strong understanding of KPI’s and their impact on the business.
- Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business.
- Experience in leading, recruiting & developing a team.
- The ability to drive a positive culture and one team environment.
- Self-motivated & a strong communicator.
